Practical solutions.
Room to do more.
Reduce waste, automate repetitive work, move safely, and see your data clearly. We help you plan the change and carry it through.
Pay for what you need.
Clear out what you don’t.
Cloud bills grow when resources stay running after their job is done. We review your usage and charges, find the waste, and help you reduce costs without disrupting the services you rely on.
- Find idle servers, unused storage, and forgotten services.
- Match resource sizes and schedules to actual demand.
- Review recurring charges and unnecessary subscriptions.
- Set up budgets, alerts, and ongoing cost visibility.
What you getA prioritized savings plan, agreed changes, and a clear view of where your money goes.
Let’s review your cloud costsFrom cloud waste to useful spend
- 01 Review usage and charges
- 02 Find oversized and unused services
- 03 Agree changes and remove waste
- 04 Monitor the resources you need
Illustrative only. We confirm dependencies and ownership before removing resources. Savings depend on your current setup.
From an error alert
to a reviewed solution.
We build AI workflows that connect monitoring, ticketing, and development. When an API or system reports an error, the workflow can create a ticket, add labels, set its priority, and prepare a proposed fix.
Your approved historical tickets, resolutions, and runbooks give the AI useful context. Where needed, we can adapt or train a model using that history and evaluate it before use.
Plan your AI workflowAutomated work. Human approval.
- 01 Error → new ticket
- 02 Past tickets → proposed fix + PR
- 03 Human review & approval
- 04 Checks pass → deploy & monitor
- ↻ Changes? Revise, retest, review again.
PR means pull request: a proposed code change your team can review before it goes live. Uncertain or unsupported issues are passed to a person.
- 01 / DETECT
Notice the error
Connect your API and system alerts. Capture the relevant logs and error details.
- 02 / ORGANIZE
Create the ticket
Open a ticket, check for duplicates, and suggest labels and priority using agreed rules.
- 03 / UNDERSTAND
Use past resolutions
Look up similar historical tickets and approved documentation to suggest a suitable solution.
- 04 / PROPOSE
Prepare a fix & PR
For supported issues, prepare a code change, run checks, and open a pull request with an explanation.
- 05 / HUMAN CHECKPOINT
Your team reviews
A reviewer checks the fix and test results, then approves it or requests changes.
- 06 / RELEASE
Deploy after approval
Once approved and required checks pass, deploy through your release process and monitor the result.
Changes requested? The workflow uses the reviewer’s comments to revise the fix, reruns checks, and returns the PR for another review. Deployment waits for approval.
A new home for your data.
A careful plan to get there.
Moving databases, applications, or services needs more than a copy operation. We support the full journey: assess dependencies, prepare the destination, test the move, and validate the result.
- Map data, services, dependencies, and access requirements.
- Create backups and test that they can be restored.
- Rehearse the move and plan for changes made during migration.
- Compare records, verify integrity, and test the applications.
- Agree on the switch, recovery plan, and post-migration checks.
Zero data loss is the goal.We plan backup, synchronization, and validation controls around your systems, and agree on recovery targets before the move. Cutover follows validation and your approval.
Discuss your migrationA controlled path to your new system
- 01 Back up and test restoration
- 02 Move data and sync changes
- 03 Validate data and applications
- 04 Approve the switch; monitor results
The migration plan defines downtime, recovery targets, and acceptance checks for your specific systems.
Lots of data.
A clearer picture.
When data is spread across tools and large datasets, useful answers can be hard to find. We bring the right information together and build dashboards around the decisions your team needs to make.
- Connect databases, business tools, and data files.
- Clean, organize, and validate large datasets.
- Define useful measures with your team.
- Build clear dashboards with filters and drill-down views.
- Set up appropriate refresh schedules and access controls.
What you getA shared view of performance, useful trends, and dashboards your team can understand and use.
Let’s make your data usefulTurn information into understanding
- 01 Connect databases, files, and apps
- 02 Clean and validate your data
- 03 Build clear measures and charts
- 04 Filter, explore, and understand
Start with the question you need to answer. We work back to the right data, measures, and view.
Before we get started.
Can we start with just one problem?
Yes. We can begin with a cloud bill review, one AI workflow, a migration plan, or a specific dashboard. We agree on the scope before starting.
Will AI deploy changes without our approval?
No. The workflow described here requires a human reviewer to approve the pull request and required checks to pass before deployment. If the reviewer asks for changes, the fix returns for revision and another review.
How do you protect data during migration?
We assess the source and destination, prepare backups, test restoration, rehearse the move, and validate the transferred data. We agree on recovery targets and a rollback plan before the switch, with zero data loss as the goal.
Can you work with our existing tools?
We start by reviewing your existing systems and integrations. Where they meet the project’s needs, we build around them and explain any recommended changes.
Which challenge
should we solve first?
Bring us the problem. We’ll help you work out the approach.
